The most Amazing Spinach and Feta Quiche Recipe!!!

quicheYields 1 pie/6 servings


6 eggs

1 cup skimmed milk

1 cup feta cheese

8 ounces spinach, blanched

½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 pie shell, docked and par baked for 10 minutes


  1. Par bake the pie crust at 350˚ for 10 minutes
  2. Combine the milk, eggs and seasonings and whisk until combined
  3. Place the spinach in the pie shell followed by the crumbled feta cheese
  4. Add the egg mixture slowly until the pie crust is full
  5. Bake at 275˚ until internal temperature is 170˚ or 35 minutes
  6. Allow to cool slightly before cutting
